LHDN e-Invoice & SST

LHDN e-invoicing straight from the till — a switch, not a burden

Validated MyInvois e-invoices with QR issue right from the POS, SST is handled on every bill, and the whole service is a toggle — if LHDN's sub-RM1M exemption covers you, leave it off until you need it. Either way, your data lives on your own private server.

Validated e-invoices from the POS

Bills build into the official UBL format, sign with your digital certificate, submit to MyInvois and come back validated — with the UIN and QR printed on the receipt.

A switch, honestly priced at zero

LHDN currently exempts businesses with annual revenue under RM1 million from issuing e-invoices. If that's you, the service simply stays off — flip it on the day you grow past the threshold or choose to opt in.

Buyer TIN at checkout

When a guest wants a personal e-invoice, the cashier captures their TIN in seconds and an individual e-invoice issues on the spot — mandatory bills of RM10,000 and above are flagged automatically.

Consolidated B2C run, on time

Receipts without individual e-invoices roll into the monthly consolidated submission within LHDN's 7-day window — built, signed, submitted and confirmed without you touching it.

Credit & debit notes done right

Refunds and adjustments issue as credit or debit notes referencing the original UIN, so your MyInvois record always matches what actually happened at the till.

Delivery platforms, per the rules

GrabFood, foodpanda and ShopeeFood sales are excluded from your consolidated run per LHDN guidance, because the platform invoices those — no double submission.

SST handled on every bill

8% SST and 10% service charge calculate per outlet configuration with item-level tax codes — and accumulate into a ready SST-02 worksheet for your return.

Tie-out before month lock

The submission log reconciles against posted revenue each period, with an exception report for anything unsubmitted or rejected — you close the month knowing you're clean.

Your own private server

Every SpeedPlus360 client runs single-tenant — your sales, guests and tax records sit in your own database on your own server, never pooled with anyone else's.

Optionally hosted in Malaysia

Choose in-country hosting and your data never leaves Malaysia — a clean answer for PDPA conversations with your auditors, franchisor or corporate clients.

Certificate under your control

Your MyInvois digital certificate lives on your own server and signs your documents there — credentials are sealed, never shared across tenants.

Full submission log

Every document, status and UIN is searchable with a one-click resubmit for anything rejected — an audit trail you can show LHDN, not a black box.

Compliance, in practice

"Boleh bagi e-invoice?" — thirty seconds later, done

A corporate guest settles a RM 486 dinner and asks for an e-invoice. The cashier keys the buyer's TIN, the bill builds into UBL, signs with your certificate on your own server, submits to MyInvois and comes back validated — UIN stored, QR printed on the receipt. The guest walks out with a claimable document; nothing queues for month-end.

The month-end run that runs itself

In the first week of each month, every walk-in receipt that didn't get an individual e-invoice gathers into one consolidated B2C submission — delivery-platform orders excluded, since the platforms invoice those themselves. It signs, submits, polls for validation and stores the UIN, alerting you well before the statutory day-7 deadline if anything needs attention.

Your books, your guests, your server

Compliance data is sensitive data. SpeedPlus360 gives every client a dedicated private server — one tenant, one database, yours. Host it in Malaysia if you want your records to never cross a border. When the auditor, the franchisor or a corporate client asks where the data lives, you have a one-sentence answer.
