The queue guests can see — and don't walk away from

Guests scan a QR to join, watch their position live on their phone, and get a WhatsApp ping the moment their table is ready. No clipboard, no pagers, no crowd at the door.

Everything included

QR self-join at the door

Print a poster, guests scan and join in seconds — party size, name, phone — while your host keeps seating instead of taking names.

Live position page

Every party gets a private link showing their place in line, parties ahead and a live wait estimate — so they can browse next door instead of hovering.

Table-ready on WhatsApp

One tap notifies the guest with "On my way" and "Cancel" buttons; their answer shows on the host screen instantly. SMS fallback covers everyone else.

Honest wait estimates

Estimates come from live table turn times, parties ahead needing the same table sizes and upcoming reservations — shown as a range and updated on every seating.

Timers that keep the line moving

No reply in 5 minutes? One tap returns the party near the top of the queue or forfeits their spot; a grace timer covers guests already on their way. All durations are yours to set.

Floor plan side by side

The queue sits next to the live floor plan — seat a party straight onto a table in one motion, no second screen, no shouting across the pass.

Reservation pacing guard

Tables committed to upcoming reservations are excluded from walk-in quotes, so you never seat a walk-in on a table a booked guest is about to claim.

Walk-in to reservation in one tap

Seat a waitlisted party and optionally convert them into a same-day reservation record, so covers reporting counts every guest the same way.

Guests recognized by phone

Every join matches or creates a unified guest profile by phone number — regulars are recognized and visit history builds automatically.

Abandonment & accuracy analytics

See who left before seating, how your quoted waits compare to actual waits, and conversion by daypart and party size — then tighten your quotes.

Spam-proof self-join

Joins are rate-limited and deduplicated by phone number, so drive-by pranksters can't stuff your queue — and PDPA consent is captured at join.

Your rules, per outlet

Response and grace timers, return-to-queue position, notification channel order, quiet hours and self-join on/off — all configurable per outlet.

A Friday night, handled

Scan, join, walk around the corner

A family of four scans the poster at the door. Party size, name, phone and consent — done. They're matched to their guest profile, dropped into the queue at position 6 with a 20–30 minute quote, and land on their live position page. The host board updates by itself; nobody queues at the podium.

Table ready — and the guest answers back

Table 12 clears, the estimator suggests the next compatible party, and the host taps Notify. The guest gets a WhatsApp message with "On my way" and "Cancel" buttons; their tap turns the host's chip green and starts a 10-minute grace timer. They arrive, get seated at table 12, and the actual wait is logged against the quote. No reply? A one-tap return-to-queue or forfeit keeps the line honest.

Walk-ins never collide with bookings

It's 7:40 PM and a couple walks in. Table 5 is free — but it's reserved at 8:00, inside the pacing horizon, so the engine skips it and quotes from table 9's remaining turn time instead. The booked guests get their table, the walk-ins get an honest wait, and nobody gets double-promised.
