Everything included

Fast touchscreen ordering

Category grid, item search and a live table map — dine-in, takeaway and phone orders from one screen.

Modifiers, combos & set meals

Forced and optional modifier groups, priced add-ons, component swaps and item notes that reach the kitchen exactly right.

Split, merge & move bills

Split by item, equal shares or amount; merge bills across tables; move items between bills; transfer tables mid-service.

Every tender your guests use

Cash with 5-sen rounding, dynamic DuitNow QR with paid confirmation, cards and e-wallets — split across tenders on one bill.

Malaysian bill math, built in

10% service charge and 8% SST calculated per outlet configuration, item-level tax codes, inclusive or exclusive display.

Receipts, paper or digital

80mm thermal receipts with SST details, plus a QR digital receipt guests can turn into an LHDN e-invoice themselves.

Offline-first resilience

Order entry, cash and static-QR payments and printing keep working with no internet; everything syncs when it returns.

Kitchen displays per station

Wok, grill, fryer, drinks, dessert — routing rules per item, prep timers with color escalation, bump bars and an expo assembly view.

Shifts, drawers & Z-reports

Float counts, paid-ins and paid-outs, blind drawer close with over/short tracking, X- and Z-reports per drawer and day-end.

Voids & refunds with a paper trail

Supervisor PIN, mandatory reason codes and a full audit log with before/after values on every void, refund and override.

One queue for every channel

QR, online and delivery-app orders land in the same kitchen flow with channel badges — accept and adjust them from the POS.

Keep your current POS if you like

Integration mode ingests sales from your incumbent POS, so the rest of the platform works even before you switch tills.

In service

Dine-in, from tap to settled

Tap the table on the floor map — a seated reservation already carries the guest's profile. Items fire to the right stations, the expo view turns green as they bump, and a dynamic DuitNow QR confirms payment the moment the guest scans. Service charge, SST and loyalty points are handled without a second thought.

WAN down, service up

When the connection drops, the POS keeps taking orders from its local menu snapshot, prints to the kitchen, and takes cash and static-QR payments. Orders queue on the device and sync in order when the line returns — and if two devices clash, a manager reconciliation screen surfaces it rather than silently merging.
